The milkshakes were DELICIOUS!!! Food was pretty good. I got the BLT and it was pretty small. It all tasted good though. Also the seating sucked. I know there were places to sit outside but the heaters weren't on and we weren't prepared to be outside.

I placed the order online. It was prepared very quickly. It was served with care. When I picked it up, the employee was very helpful and friendly. The food was very tasty.
The food was so much better than I expected! I got a chicken sandwich, and it had a ton of flavor and spices. My husband got a double burger, and that was great too. The French frys (although being crinkle cut, one of my least favorite) were thick and very good! We also got a strawberry milkshake to share with our 3 year old and it to was delicious! I would recommend and go back for sure!
The veggie shack burger was so delicious! They cooked it well so the texture was perfect and the patty was flavorful. I worry when there isn’t a beyond or impossible option for veg heads but I was highly impressed with the taste of Shake Shack’s grain patty. I want to try the mushroom one next!
I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the cashier, Melina. The young man that brought my food was very sweet and kind asking if I needed anything else. Also picked my tray up when I was finished eating. The food was amazing! I had a chicken shack burger, which was the best in the area, fries, which were also the best, crispy and hot, and a strawberry milkshake. I drove through the horrible construction on Walker road to get here, but I did it because the food is worth it! No photos because I inhaled it!

The shack burger with added crispy onions was delicious. The spicy fries was too spicy for me maybe because it had a lot of seasoning but it was still good dipped in ranch dressing. It was convenient using the kiosk to place an order and didn’t encounter any issues. I came in before the lunch crowd so I didn’t wait too long to get my food. The place is clean. 11/17/23 Tried the chicken shack and it was very tasty. I like the convenience of ordering using the kiosk. Service was good but it was hard to find a parking space because it was around lunch time.
